Our values

What keeps us grounded — and keeps us going?
Our work is built on a personal approach, real experience, and the belief that meaningful change starts with trust.

Authenticity, no mask needed

We believe in honesty and transparency in everything we do. We’re professionals — each with our own story, experience and point of view. To us, coaching is a genuine relationship: open, human, grounded in respect and trust. Because real change only happens in a safe space.

Respet for your uniqueness

We don’t do cookie-cutter coaching. We believe everyone has their own path, and we’re here to help you find yours. No judgment. No pressure. Just support and the kind of questions that might change everything.

Balance in motion

We don’t see balance as a final goal, but as something we search for every day. We move. We hike. We breathe. And we trust that the body and soul know more thank we think. What we live, we bring into our coaching. With us, balance won’t just stay on paper.

A whole-person approach

We don’t believe in separating „work“ from „life“. Everything’s connected – your career, your relationships, your body, your mind, your kids, your boss. We work with you as a whole person. And we help you realign the things that have started to squeak in the daily grind.

Real-world experience

We speak the language of business — because we’ve lived it ourselves. We’ve worked in HR, CSO roles, team leadership and complex transformation processes. We bring certified coaching, modern methods and a constant drive to keep learning. But we also spak the language of the heart. We have friends, parents, kids — all of whom sometimes do strange things. And just like you, we’re figuring out how to keep moving forward without hitting too many potholes.

Coaching and mentoring?

Definitely our cup of tea

Renata Blahová

Renata Blahová

Renata sees her role as a coach and mentor as that of a guide — someone walking alongside the client on their journey toward a fuller version of themselves. She loves the metaphor of a mountain trail: sometimes steep and demanding, but always offering new perspectives and deeper self-understanding. Renata helps people discover their own potential, find balance, and achieve lasting, meaningful change in whatever area of life they need it.

More about me

With over 20 years of experience in business management, I know what it means to be under pressure, to carry responsibility, and to navigate team dynamics. I combine deep empathy with a structured approach that helps clients find their own way to a happier, more balanced life..

How I work?

I approach each client with care, respect, trust, and a whole-person perspective. My clients value my ability to truly listen – without judgment – and to get to the heart of the matter. I bring clarity, structure, and practical tools that support lasting, positive change.

In my work, I blend coaching with mentoring. I know when to ask powerful questions – and when to share my experience. Always with sensitivity to what the person truly needs.

Areas of focus:

  • career coaching and professional development
  • leadership and management skills
  • personal growth and life transtions
  • overcoming inner and outer obstacles
  • interpersonal relationships — at work, at home, anywhere
  • work-life balance
  • and more

What sets me apart?

I offer a rare combination: deep empathy, sharp focus on goals, and experience from fast-paced, high-pressure environments. My style is supportive, but I’m not afraid to ask the questions you’ve been avoiding – the ones that open doorst.

In coaching, I guide clients to discover their own answers through powerful questions and techniques. That’s the part of coaching I believe is most transformative. In mentoring, I share practical advice based on real experience, always with respect for your individuality.

I believe perspective and humour are just as important as strategy and ambition. I bring both to my clients and to my own life.

When I’m not coaching?

You’ll most likely find me in nature — on a mountain trail, a forest path, on a bike, or with a book in hand. I enjoy active rest, lifelong learning, and the power of meaningful relationships.

„To see things clearly, sometimes all we need is a shift in perspective.“

Jana Firley

Jana Firley

Jana believes that each of us has the power to take life into our own hands – and that real change becomes possible the moment we find the vision and courage to follow it. After more than 20 years in client relations, training and team leadership, she chose to focus on what gives her the most profound sense of purpose: guiding others through their inner transformation.

More about me

Jana’s personal and professional journey is living proof that when we start listening to our own voice, we’re capable of achieving what once seemed impossible.

Professional background

Jana worked for many years in banking and insurance, holding key roles in customer care and internal training. She specialised in soft skills development and led a team of in-house trainers. Thanks to this experience, she has a remarkable ability to notice what truly matters – to listen deeply, name the essence, and help clients find their own way forward.

In her coaching, Jana draws on a deep understanding of human motivation, leadership experience and a fine sensitivity to interpersonal dynamics. Her approach is always personal, respectful, and grounded in genuine care. Clients appreciate her empathy, calm presence, and friendly energy, which together create a safe space for real transformation.

Her coaching philosophy

For Jana, coaching isn’t just a method – it’s a way of life. She blends head and heart, experience and intuition. She creates a confidential and grounded space where clients can pause, breathe, and begin shaping a new direction.

In her sessions, she offers:

  • space for awarness in the here and now
  • support in discovering inner blocks and new possibillities
  • inspiration for crafting a vision, dream or goal
  • gentle guidance toward gradual, sustainable change
  • trust in the client’s ability to find their own answers

Her speciality is transformational growth — change that reaches beneath the surface and shifts something fundamental.

And who is Jana outside of coaching?

A woman who’s decided to live life on her own terms – and is doing just that. She chooses consciously where to put her energy, and for her, relationships are both her anchor and her joy. She believes in the power of small, everyday choices – and that dreams aren’t just for the brave, but for anyone willing to follow them.

She’s a passionate traveller who often values the journey more than the destination, and a runner who knows that starting over can sometimes be the greatest win.

When she´s not coaching?

she’s probably heading uphill — on a bike, in hiking boots, or sometimes just metaphorically. The mountains are where she recharges and finds inspiration. She loves to laugh and does so often. She considers humour an essential part of life and coaching – the ability to see things from a broader perspective and with ease often opens the door to deeper insights

She enjoys discovering good food and wine and values the richness of everyday life. She spends a lot of time with her family, and as the mother of two teenage sons, she’s in constant training in the field of human relationships. Her sons remind her daily what it means to practice empathy, patience… and a well-developed sense of humour.

„There’s more potential in each of us than we tap into on any given day.
My mission is to help you discover those hidden parts — and find a path that truly belongs to you.“

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a topic in coaching goes beyond what coaching ethically allows? Suppose a topic arises that exceeds the scope of safe and ethical coaching practice. In that case, the coach is obliged to point it out and recommend a more suitable form of support, such as psychotherapy or professional counselling.

What is coaching, and how does it work?

Coaching is a conversation with purpose — a professional partnership that helps you gain clarity about where you want to go and how to get there. A coach won’t “fix” you, but will walk alongside you — using questions, active listening and a structured process to keep things moving in the right direction. Sessions are held in person or online, usually regularly, with one clear goal: moving you closer to what truly matters to you.

How lond does the coaching process take?

That depends on what you need; some people want to focus on one specific issue, others work on long-term change. Most often, we work together for 3 to 6 months, with sessions every 2 to 3 weeks. But everything can be tailored to what makes the most sense for you.

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?

Therapy often looks to the past and aims to heal old wounds; coaching looks ahead and focuses on growth. Mentoring is about someone sharing their experience with you – in coaching, you find your answers, supported by someone who knows how to ask the right questions and apply practical techniques. In other words, instead of ready-made advice, you get the space to discover solutions that are truly yours — and that actually fit.

how do I know if coaching is a good choice for me?

If you feel that something in your life needs to shift — and you’re ready to be part of that change (or even lead it) – then you’re in the right place. Coaching is for anyone who wants to grow, decide, get unstuck, or see themselves from a fresh perspective. We’ll figure all that out together during your first free consultation.

How do I get started?

It’s simple. The first step is an initial consultation – no strings attached, but it might be a turning point. You’ll tell us what you’re hoping for from coaching, we’ll explain how we work, and together we’ll see if it’s the right fit, and the right time.

What if I realise the coach isn´t te right fit for me?

That’s completely okay. Coaching is personal, and not every match is the right one. That’s why there are three of us, and you’re welcome to switch from one coach to another at any time. And if it still doesn’t feel right later on, you can end the collaboration whenever you need to – no hard feelings, and always with respect.

.

Can I end the coaching at any time?

Yes. Coaching isn’t a lifetime contract. We’ll work it out together if you feel you’ve reached what you needed, or just need a break. For us, trust and mutual respect are key, and that goes both ways.

What if I don´t have a big issue to solve?

That’s fine. Sometimes, all it takes is a small mental block, a recurring question, or a feeling that something needs to shift. Even the most minor things can spark major change. Coaching is about finding direction — even when you’re not quite sure where you’re headed yet.

What kinds of sexual topics can coaching help with?

Almost any. For example, differences in sex drive (high or low), mismatched expectations around frequency or type of intimacy, infidelity, fear of sex, fear of “not performing,” navigating special preferences, or even preparing for first-time experiences. Coaching creates a safe space to explore these topics — openly, respectfully and without judgement.

You offer coaching for teenagers or for parents and children together. Do I need to start first, or can you work diretly with my teenager?

You don’t need to start with coaching yourself, unless you feel it would help. If coaching is new to you and your child, it can sometimes be helpful to try it out first, but it’s not a requirement. We’re happy to work directly with your teenager and explore whatever topics are important to them — school, relationships, confidence, or figuring out where they’re headed in life. Coaching is about giving space to express thoughts and feelings, and we’re here to help them find a path that feels right for them.

How do I know if coaching is right for my child?

If your teenager is going through a period of uncertainty, feeling lost in certain areas of life, or facing emotional or social challenges, coaching can be a great source of support. You may start to notice the positive effects through shifts in their behaviour, improved mood, or a greater willingness to deal with things instead of avoiding them.

Waht are the benefits of coaching for teenagers?

Teenagers go through a time of significant changes and big decisions, and that can be overwhelming. Coaching can help them manage stress, understand what truly matters to them, and develop skills for better decision-making. With the support of a coach, they can learn how to set goals, express their needs, and handle difficult situations. It’s also a safe space for open conversation, without fear of judgment.

How long does teen coaching take?

It depends on what the teenager is working through and how quickly they can move forward. Sometimes, just a few sessions are enough to help them get back on track, while other times the process may take longer. We constantly adapt to their needs and natural pace — no pressure, just what feels right for them.

Can coaching help with complicated relationships, with peers or family??

Absolutely. For teenagers struggling with communication, understanding others, or feeling under pressure, coaching can offer tools to express themselves more clearly, listen actively, and find balance between their own needs and the needs of others. It also helps them understand how to build healthy relationships and constructively navigate conflict.

How is coaching teenagers different from coaching adulst??

Teen coaching is tailored to the teenager’s age and stage of life. While adults often focus on career, family or personal growth, teenagers usually explore who they are, what they want to do, and how to handle the pressures of school and social life. That’s why teen coaching emphasises developing personal skills, building confidence, and learning to make choices that will shape their future.

What can´t be resolved through coaching?

Coaching is a powerful tool for growth, change, and finding solutions. But it has its limits – and it’s essential to be clear about them.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention.  It is not appropriate for issues such as:

  • unresolved trauma (e.g. from childhood, abuse, major loss)
  • mental health disorders (e.g. depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD)
  • addictions (to drugs, alcohol, work, relationships)
  • criminal matters (either as a victim or perpetrator – in such cases, legal or therapeutic support is more appropriate)
